When e-mailing the picture, please name or rename the file for the picture with the last name on the order and send to admin@lovelighturns.com
The picture will only be as clear as the one you send us.
For Portraits: Unless another crop is specified, a bust shot will be used.
For any other picture: The entire picture will be replicated unless you state otherwise.
Allow approximately 4-5 weeks delivery time from the date we receive your picture.
